Wir haben eine wunderbare Woche in Kitzeberg verleben können. Der Check-In war aufgrund einer Schlüsselhinterlegung ohne zeitliche Absprachen möglich. Eine persönliche und äußerst freundliche Begrüßung durch den Gastgeber, Herrn Bahn, erfolgte zeitnah. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Der Komfort des Hauses erfüllte unsere Vorstellung voll und ganz. Es fehlte uns an nichts. Die Schwanenvilla liegt am Rande einer ruhigen Wohngegend. Es ist von dort aus alles gut erreichbar. Man kann fußläufig das Ufer aber auch alle erforderlichen Geschäfte für den täglichen Bedarf in Heikendorf erreichen. Man kann mit den Fahrrädern die Umgebung erkundigen aber auch das nähere sowie weitere Umfeld der Kieler Bucht mit dem Auto erfahren. Wer sein Auto stehen lassen will, kann mit dem öffentlichen Verkehrsnetz vieles gut erreichen. Wir können die Unterkunft empfehlen und würden sie erneut anfragen, wenn wir mal wieder an die Ostsee fahren würden.

Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt in der Ferienvilla. Die Lage war sehr gut und wir haben uns wohlgefühlt. Da es uns gefallen hat, haben wir unseren Aufenthalt kurzfristig noch um ein paar Tage verlängert. Insgesamt eine schöne Unterkunft für einen erholsamen Urlaub.

Die Villa ist keine Party-Location - dafür ein etwas abgeschieden und deshalb ruhiger Platz für alle, die einen günstig gelegenen Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen, Rad- oder Autotouren suchen.

About us

This is where we switch off, too.

We're both entrepreneurs with degrees in mathematics, and we work in IT. Our days are often busy and full of commitments. That's why we appreciate those moments when everything goes quiet and we can clear our heads.

That's exactly why we love Kitzeberg: the golf course is right next door, and the Kiel Fjord is just a short walk away. After work, we go for a run along the fjord, go cycling or simply take a stroll. Often, it takes just a few minutes to leave the working day behind.

We built the Schwanenvilla in 2015 – as a home for ourselves and a holiday home for our guests. We live in the other half of the house, so we're just next door. We're happy to welcome you in person when we can. And if you have any questions or need anything, we're always easy to reach. The peace and quiet is all yours.
