House rules

This English translation is provided for information only. The German version is binding.

We want everyone to feel at home at Schwanenvilla – you, your fellow guests and us, your neighbours in the other half of the house. That’s why we have a few simple house rules.

Check-in and check-out

• Check-in is from 5:00 pm, and check-out is by 11:00 am.
• You can check in yourself using a key lockbox, so arriving late is no problem. We’ll send you the instructions in good time before your arrival.
• Before you leave, please take out the rubbish, close the windows, lock the door and put the key in the letterbox.

Guests

• A maximum of five guests may stay overnight, including no more than four adults. At least one guest must be 18 or over.
• Children of all ages are welcome.

Things we ask you not to do

• No pets, please.
• No parties or events. Schwanenvilla is a peaceful place, and we’d like to keep it that way for our neighbours too.
• No smoking or vaping, including e-cigarettes and vaporisers.

Good to know

• We live in the other half of the house. We’re happy to welcome you in person, but otherwise we’ll keep a low profile. Just let us know if you need anything.
• CCTV cameras monitor the driveway, parking spaces and the path around the house. The guest terrace is not monitored. You can find more information in our Privacy Policy.
