Cross the fjord by ferry to Kiel railway station – board at Möltenort or Mönkeberg, both piers are about the same walk from the house. On the way it stops at Reventlou, close to the Kiellinie promenade.
The timetable changes with the seasons; in fine weather the ferry is often full.
